The young leaves and long, hollow stems are sautéed or steamed.

Recipe: Ong Choi with tofu
Ingredients:
200 gr. Choy Ong,
a mussel peanut oil,
150 gr. chili tofu
30 ml. rice wine,
40 ml. of water.
Preparation
Ong choi Cut into 4 pieces. Heat the wok and fry the tofu breaking with a spatula into small pieces. Ong choi fry 2 minutes. Add wine, water and cook 3 minutes.
