Preparation:

Recipe:
Coconut milk
2 pak choise for 4 people
500 gr each, Shanghai and English
3 tablespoons soy sauce and oyster
500 ml. of lache coconut
500 gr. chicken breast cut into strips
20 gr. corn flour, a little lemon grass,
3 cloves garlic, one glass of chicken broth.
Preparation:
Marinate chicken 1 hour with soy sauce, oysters, salt and flour. Fry and withdraw. Fry the garlic and saute and shanghai English 3 minutes HATs that have been poached a little. Add the chicken stock, a bit of oyster and soy sauces and leave 3 minutes. Add the finely chopped lemon grass and coconut milk. Reduce 10 minutes.
