Ingredients: 250 gr. Soy, a Chinese cabbage, 1 onion, 10 cloves garlic, 4 cups chicken broth, 200gr. of tofu.
Preparation:
Add broth, cabbage, onions and garlic, then cook for 30 minutes over medium heat, then add the wine. Cooking another 15 minutes. Serve with chunks of tofu on the soup. |
